CANCELLATION POLICY as of 9 May 2022
Our decision to add a cancellation policy has not come lightly, but we regret our small business can no longer sustain last minute cancellations. As of 9 May 2022 the following will apply if you cancel a course for any reason.
Cancellation up to 14 days before your chosen course date, will be able to book a further course with no redress.
Cancellation within the period of 14 days before your course date, will be able to book a further course subject to a £20.00 rebooking fee.
For those who book a last minute place, ie in the period of 14 days before the course, and subsequently wish to cancel, they will be able to book a further course subject to a £10.00 rebooking fee.
Again, we are sorry to have made this decision.
